Here's the deal with returns. Basically we will take anything back at anytime (within reason) as long as the item is New in Package (not damaged and is re-sellable). We really prefer if you don't like something that you get it back to us within 30 days if possible. We are reasonable people, and all we expect from our customers is to be reasonable too.
All refunds will be processed less the cost of shipping to the customer, and the customer is responsible for shipping back to EpicOutfit LLC. We have a very liberal return policy, but it costs money to keep this return policy in place. That is why we ask our customers to pay for shipping. Many companies charge a re-stocking fee of upwards of 30%. We do not charge re-stocking fees (we reserve the right to refund a product at a discounted rate if the item is returned in anything less than mint condition).
