Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes we are authorized dealers of ALL products listed on EpicOutfit.com. Your reciept included in the order will work for any warranty issues you have with your product.
At EpicOutfit we pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. This is why we have been able to secure top products from top manufactureres to sell. We sell only 100% authentic items that we are authorized to sell through the manufacturer. Many of these companies have put their trust in Epic Outfit, you should too. If you should chose not to buy from us please make sure you are buying from an authorized retailer.
Do you sell genuine items?
We only sell genuine/authentic product direct from the manufacture.
Do you sell seconds or re-manufactured items?
Simple answer: NO, Epicoutfit only sells brand new products. Occasionally, a manufacturer will authorize us to sell clearance or other items. Any item that is anything but new will be clearly notated in the title and as part of the item description. And remember, if you get an item and don't like it or think it is what you purchased (what does that mean?) SEND IT BACK. *Please see return policy for specifics.
How long will my item take to get to me?
We do our best to get items out in a couple business days. Obviously during peak seasons things may take longer than a day. If we run into a backorder situation we will do our best to let you know. We will send you a tracking number once the item ships. Please be sure to check your spam blocker before contacting us regarding a shipment. And don't forget all items ship free of charge, spend over $150 and your item will ship via express (overnight but not guranteed) FREE OF ANY HANDLING OR SHIPPING CHARGES. Remember, at EpicOutfit we don't need a special to offer you FREE shipping!
